 To all Chairman,
 
Please read carefully and comply with the instruction that Clint Miller has out lined in his letter. If you have any question please call this office. We must protect our agreement.
The four issues targeted are:
 
 1. Deductions of Guarantee pay and monthly TPA's.
 
 2. Holding employee's out of service because they might exceed the limit of 276 hours monthly.
 3. 6 and 7 day assignments for Locals.
 
 4. Pay adjusted to compensate for the reduction in work opportunities.
 
Use the following header when you file claim: Without prejudice to the Organization's position, that what is involved is a "major" dispute under the Act, claim is for.......
 
Send a E-mail of the claim to this office, I will forward it to the International office for there review and handling.
